Rates for all off-site services are charged by the hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.

This includes: web design, web makeovers, web updates, image editing, consultations by phone, letter or email, research towards consultative documents, and print design work.

Rates for all on-site services are charged by the day, with a minimum charge of one day.

This includes: digital and conventional imaging at the clients premises, consultations in person, web design or makeover consultations or training in person, attending auctions and fairs, providing hardware support or on-site training, providing sales cover.

Additionally all service rates are exclusive of travel and any associated expenses which will be itemised and invoiced at cost.
